Rurality Newsletter - All Rustic News January 01, 2025 |
It's a brand new year - wishing you all the best for 2025. Sometimes, it's a bit depressing to have to make a resolution or two, so I suggest that you don't make any kind of promise to yourself, just to break it a couple of weeks from now. January 1 2025It seems like spring is a long way off, but if you have a craft area, start making it feel more like that favorite season by starting some crafts with a spring theme. Things like faux birds nest in a terracotta pot that will make you smile, or gather some supplies such as twigs and old barnboard and start imagining how you will use them.Make a sign or two, to get the juices flowing. Can't think of what to paint on them? Have a look at the
garden sign sayings
on this page. If all else fails, go through your crafts supplies and sort them into themes, or get rid of things you know you'll never use. It is a new year, and a new start, so you're allowed to declutter what no longer serves you. I give you permission!
