There are so many directions to go in, it will make your head spin. If you are near a beach, whether fresh water or salt, your gleanings it will give you sea glass, driftwood of all kinds, pebbles, shells and so much more. In more woodsy settings, keep your eyes peeled for mossy logs, stones, birds nests (only legal if they have fallen out of the tree), witches brooms and more.

To help with the 'writers' block, start small, by just putting together vignettes, under a cloche, maybe. Or fairy villages or just houses.

I recently picked up some interesting driftwood which will make perfect shingles on a bird house, or a fairy house. You have inspired me!
